Medhanye Berhane Hantal (nickname Medha) came to the Netherlands because of the bad situation in his home country Eritrea. He started with us as an intern and, through active coaching, has developed into a full-fledged logistics employee within our company. Thanks to his coaches, Medha learned the Dutch language and was able to obtain all the necessary certificates. At the same time, his colleagues helped him find his way in Boxtel.
Sheltered workshop WSD, visited Medha to ask about his developments within Hexspoor E-fulfilment.
Medha has now been given the opportunity to move on to the position of welder, his original profession. We are of course very proud of him and wish him every success in his further career.
