Since 2019, I have been working at Hexspoor as the manager of the Account Support team. Drawing from my previous experience as an account manager, I collaborate with the team to streamline customer service even further. Our objective is to minimize the burdens on both our clients and account managers. Additionally, within Hexspoor, I am involved in HR and primarily focus on the procedural aspects.
I’m a true ‘doer’ and highly action-oriented. The quote “A goal without a plan is just a wish” from ‘Le Petit Prince’ assists me in not immediately diving into actions but also in developing a targeted plan. This way, the outcome truly meets expectations.
At home, I have my own little prince (my son Timo). Privately as well, I am fond of activity, so we undertake many ventures together. We relish the activities in our hometown of Tilburg but also enjoy traveling. There’s still plenty to discover, so I have a multitude of plans to create!
