Sometimes it just feels like you are colleagues instead of client and supplier. You are talking to each other so often, that you get to know each other really well. That is what I think is nice about my job at customer service. It is never superficial, you can really mean something for your client and build something together which results in satisfied customers.
In my spare time I love to work in the garden or relaxing on the couch while reading a book. You will also see me regularly at the soccer field when I’m cheering for my sons soccer teams.
At Hexspoor I’m responsible for the processing of orders and customer service. I am in daily contact with the owners and customers of various webshops.
